This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Tentaq (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the use of Tentaq’s software, application, and related services (the “Software”).

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Tentaq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your own internal personal or business purposes, in accordance with the provided documentation.

 

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the Software to any third party.

Use the Software in any manner that violates any local or international law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Tentaq retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents).

4. Data and Privacy

Use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, Tentaq will return or destroy your data in accordance with our Terms of Service.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tentaq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Software. The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will automatically terminate without notice if you breach any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies thereof.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tentaq has its head office (e.g., Quebec, Canada). Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
