Adding reference documents and photos to a client's profile or service request is an important feature of the TENTAQ solution. This allows users to directly access client-specific information documents via the mobile application or to take photos of completed work for future reference in archived requests. It is also possible to store internal documents within a client's profile.

SECURITY

TENTAQ's infrastructure is secure on multiple levels. All communications are protected and require only a single network port. A permissions manager is included with the console to secure and customize user accounts and their access rights to the console or mobile application.
