
Archiving of service information
Once a service request is completed and its information has been validated, the request and any attached documents (e.g., photos of the work, inspection reports, notes, etc.) are stored securely and cannot be altered. They can then be easily accessed through the client's file.
Inventory movement archiving
All changes to an inventory item, whether it is added, purchased from a supplier, consumed by a customer, or even transferred, are automatically recorded and can be consulted as needed.
Knowledge base
The archiving of service requests offers the possibility of consulting information on completed interventions and automatically populating the knowledge base in order to identify recurring incidents.
Billing
Submissions, orders, and invoices are also retained for accounting data validation purposes. When payments are added, the invoice status is automatically updated.
