Inventory by Location

Proper inventory management is essential for any organization that needs to ensure strategic parts are always available to serve its customers. Maintaining an adequate stock of parts to ensure continuity of sales is equally important for customer loyalty.

Each part is located in a specific location, such as an office/warehouse, a vehicle, an employee's location, or even a client's location. A part can also be located on a specific tablet within a warehouse or vehicle.

Inventory Movements

All functions of the TENTAQ solution are linked to inventory, so whether for parts sales or use in work or service, the inventory is always kept up-to-date in real time. The inventory movement history is fully automated and allows for easy verification of the actual quantity of a part if it does not match the inventory.

Parts Purchases and Inventory

When a part is acquired through a purchase from a supplier, it is automatically added to the inventory upon receipt. The supplier's part number and cost are also recorded for future reference.

Employee Parts

Reservation and Purchase An employee can reserve parts via a service request, and a tracking mechanism is automatically activated to facilitate parts monitoring by the warehouse manager.

The employee can also complete a purchase request, which will then be processed by the warehouse manager.

Parts Identification

Barcodes can be modified and printed on labels as needed.

Inventory Reports

Several reports listing parts by location can be generated and used to make adjustments during inventory counts.
