Privacy Policy for TENTAQ Mobile Application

TENTAQ really care about Privacy of all users. While using our Mobile Application, we may collect and use your relevant information in order to improve the quality of our services; we will do everything to protect your privacy. We recommend that you read the "Privacy Policy" in detail to get an understanding of what type of information we collect, how we collect this information and how we use it. By using our products or services, you agree to the collection, storage and use of your information as long as it follows the context dictated here and the adherence of local laws and regulations.

No matter where you are, where you live, or what your citizenship is, we provide a high standard of privacy protection to all our users around the world, regardless of their country of origin or location.

Registration

Registration with us or your employer or your contractor is mandatory in order to use the basic functionalities of the application.

The collection and use of information
​

TENTAQ does not display any advertising when using its application and none of the data collected is used for resale. This data is exclusively the property of the organization that uses TENTAQ's cloud services for the management of its service operations.

We do not collect or store any personal data on your mobile device. The information that allows you to authenticate to the server is entered by your employer or your contractor in order to create your mobile application account on the TENTAQ server. This account allows you to receive notifications of service requests, perform operations on these requests and transmit your positioning information if you agree to do so.

If you do not wish to provide positioning information, you may choose to disabled the geolocation feature and use the manual Application functions. We do not collect any location information from users who users who do not accept geolocation permissions.

The location information we collect includes: The date, time and geolocation based on the customers or service request offices you have agreed to work on or assigned to you by your employer or your contractor. This information is collected when you arrive, leave or perform work at a customer's location or at an office of your employer or your contractor. When you are assigned as a vehicle operator as part of your job, we collect vehicle travel information through the TENTAQ mobile application.

We also collect any information relating to service requests only when you interact with the TENTAQ server using a computer or mobile device. Service request information is entered into the TENTAQ server by your employer or your contractor in order to document and track customer service operations and does not constitute personal data. These might be: Login information, service events, comments, notes, messages, notifications, barcodes, customer location changes, and work-related images or photos captured using the TENTAQ application. This information will help your employer or your contractor to track and record service workflow and response time to optimize service delivery and billing, and provide a better service experience for customers. All of this information is collected exclusively in the course of your work and it is your responsibility to log out of the Tentaq Application as soon as your work period is over.

It is also possible that we collect any records, including statistical information, key operation paths, error logs, crash logs, etc. you encounter while using our products. This collection is limited to obtaining a better understanding of the state of our product, in order to improve our services, further optimize the user experience and provide a better-quality product.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Personal Data TENTAQ does not collect

​

We do not intentionally collect, store, process or transmit any sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, genetic data, health information or religious information. If you store any sensitive personal information on our servers, you are responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding that data. TENTAQ or your employer or your contractor might erase the sensitive information that is uploaded to the TENTAQ server.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the TENTAQ Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile Application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at info@tentaq.com .

Geo Location
​

To fully use our Mobile Application, during the installation process, you must accept permission (s) to use the geolocation feature (s). If you do not agree, it is still possible to change your acceptance or rejection during use.

When agreeing geolocation permission, if you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile Application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and / or within the mobile Application; by doing so, the TENTAQ server will not obtain your location information. You may stop using the service at any time.

​

When you delete data, a copy might remain on the servers; this copy remains the property of your employer or your contractor and they are free to use this information according to the needs of the organization which uses the services of TENTAQ.

Information Disclosure

When you use our Mobile Application, we assume that you allow and agree with these terms. Therefore, we shall not share your information with any third parties, sell or rent your information, or distribute this information to others; with the exclusion of the following situations:

We can share your information after receiving your confirmation to do so.

In order to protect our legal rights and interests, or those of our partners and clients, we may disclose your collected information as permitted by the extent of the law.

In order to comply with local laws and regulations, for any mandatory reasons, to maintain the rights of others and to maintain public interests or other laws, we may release your collected information carefully and within the legal framework.

When there are mergers, acquisitions or other similar transactions, your collected information remains the property of the organization that employs you.

if TENTAQ is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and / or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Therefore, we ask that you understand and confirm the risks involved when transmitting information to the TENTAQ server.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

When you store data on our server, we will ensure the safety of your data through policies, physical means, logical means, etc. However, the data on your device depends more on your equipment safety, so we recommend that you take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your local data.

How we respond to compelled disclosure

We may disclose personally-identifying information or other information we collect to law enforcement in response to a valid subpoena, court order, warrant or similar government order, or when we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our property or rights, or those of third parties or the public at large.

When permitted, we will make a reasonable effort to notify Customers and Authorized Users of any disclosure of their information, unless we are prohibited by law or court order from doing so. By using the TENTAQ Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using authentication on a computer / handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the Canada. If you reside outside the Canada your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Canada privacy standards.
