The specific location inside the reserve can be defined for each room. Orders, transfers, sales and returns of parts are also managed.

Reference documents 

Adding reference documents and photos to a customer profile or service request is an important function of the TENTAQ solution. This allows allows the worker to consult information documents specific to a client directly via the mobile application or to take photos of the work accomplished in order to be able to refer to them via archived requests several years later. It is also possible to store internal documents in a customer's profile.

Invoicing

TENTAQ's infrastructure is secure on several levels. All communications are protected and require only one network port. A permissions manager is included with the console to secure and customize user accounts and their access rights to the console or mobile application.
