As soon as a service request is completed and its information has been validated, it and the attached documents (example: photos of the work, notes, etc.) are archived, unalterable and automatically filed in the client's file.

The archiving of service requests offers the possibility of consulting information on completed interventions and automatically populating the knowledge base in order to identify recurring incidents.

As soon as a customer's time bank is exhausted, it can be replenished or archived in order to maintain a history of transactions.
